Labeling of the top web before entering

For thermoformed packs with an uneven surface,
it is recommended that labels be applied onto the top
web before the products enter the sealing station.
This ensures that labels are formed together with the web
and are therefore always in the right place. This
type of labeller has proven to be especially successful
in the application of large labels as well as in long
production runs.

For thermoformed packs with a relatively even surface, labels are often applied after the
products have been sealed. This type of labeler is designed especially for frequently changing labels. In combinaton with additional press-on units, it is also suitable for the application of large labels at optimum speeds.
